MOUNT MORIAH BAPTIST CHURCH is a place of refuge and security. We teach and preach the Trinity – God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We, as a church family, confess and emphasize knowing Jesus personally that He was born, died, and resurrected. No matter how dark it is in your life, Jesus can bring light to every person and situation. No matter how imperfect you are Jesus will not deny you nor will MOUNT MORIAH BAPTIST CHURCH. The members at MOUNT MORIAH BAPTIST CHURCH are made up of people very much like you who have chosen to become part of our fellowship. We believe that part of God’s plan for us is to find a place in a church where we can grow in our faith and serve others as God has commanded. MOUNT MORIAH BAPTIST CHURCH is a church small enough in which you will not get lost, but large enough for you to find everything that you need. Mount Moriah has a Missionary for God Ministry underway to help the homeless in our city. The Bible tells us "And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased." One of the ways we can demonstrate our love for the Lord is to be compassionate and caring towards those we encounter here on Earth. We are starting out by putting together Care Packages consisting of a blanket and pillow, and a goodie bag with food and toiletry items to be given out to our homeless brothers and sisters. The cost to put together one of these Care Packages is about $20. We need donations and helping hands to put together these packages. Anyone who is interested in being part of this Ministry is asked to call the Church Office at 770-227-3363 and leave your name and number. Sister Michelle Grayson will be available to provide additional information.
